When we first launched Bawbags, we set out a promise to not only keep the nation’s baws tidy, but also to keep them safe by partnering with charities close to us. With that in mind, we're very proud to join forces with the Teenage Cancer Trust to say #PantsToCancer and raise vital money for this amazing charity.

We’re very excited to be able to work with Teenage Cancer Trust to highlight how important checking for early warning signs can be at any age and to help support even more young people whose lives, minds and bodies have been affected by cancer.

The partnership between Bawbags and Teenage Cancer Trust will raise money to provide young people with life-changing nursing care and support, through profits from the sale of our new range of Cool De Sacs - for men and women - in Teenage Cancer Trust’s colours.

UK Orders

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before noon Monday to Friday the same day. This is not always possible during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year.

Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.

Orders of £50.00 or more - Royal Mail 48 - Tracked - Free

DHL Express - Tracked and Signed - Delivered next working day if ordered before noon Monday - Friday - £9.95

Royal Mail - Special Delivery - Tracked and Signed - Delivered next working day if ordered before noon Monday - Friday - £9.95

If you choose the Royal Mail - No Tracking option then please remember it will not be tracked. Royal Mail are amazing and will try to deliver your order within 48 hours but there can be delays so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

If you need a guaranteed delivery date then please choose either Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service or DHL Express. These are both fully tracked services.

If you choose one of these options then orders placed before noon Monday - Thursday will arrive the following day. Orders placed before noon on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

What's your returns policy?

We're happy to offer refunds on returns within 60 days of you receiving the order. We also know a lot of you place orders for gifts and so you might not be able to return them within that time period. If that's the case then please just contact us and we can sort this out for you. We want you to be happy and will go out of our way to make this happen! If you have any questions at all about the returns process just contact us here.

We're pretty relaxed here at Bawbags HQ! If you received your order and the size isn't right or you've changed your mind about the design then chances are we can organise a refund or an exchange. It should go without saying that we cannot exchange or refund you for any used underwear!

Who covers the cost of returning an item?

You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless we've made a mistake with your order or an item is faulty. If you choose an exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.

Something not right with your order?

We are a bunch of Bawbags and occasionally we make mistakes when packing your order! If you think your item’s faulty or we've sent the wrong item, please get in touch here and we’ll do everything we can to help. If we've made a mistake then, of course, we will cover the cost of return postage.
