Returns & Refunds

We're happy to offer refunds on returns within 60 days of you receiving your order. We also know a lot of you place orders for gifts and so you might not be able to return them within that time period. If that's the case then please contact us and we can sort this out for you. We want you to be happy and will go out of our way to make this happen! If you have any questions at all about the returns process contact us here.

If something doesn't fit right on your Bawbags, let us know and we will make it right. Try on a pair and make sure it's perfect on you. If it doesn't work for you, your first pair is covered. After this first pair, all underwear must be unworn, unwashed, in the original condition and packaging that you received them in for a refund. If you bought multiple pairs, make sure you try ONLY ONE PAIR for fitting before you decide to use the rest.

Who covers the cost of returning an item?

You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless we've made a mistake with your order or an item is faulty. If you choose an exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.

Something not right with your order? 

We are a bunch of Bawbags and occasionally we make mistakes when packing your order! If you think your item’s faulty or we've sent the wrong item, please get in touch here and we’ll do everything we can to help. If we've made a mistake then, of course, we will cover the cost of return postage.
