We aim to dispatch all orders placed before noon Monday to Friday the same day. This is not always possible during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year.

DHL Express - Tracked and Signed - Delivered next working day if ordered before noon Monday - Friday - £9.95

Royal Mail - Special Delivery - Tracked and Signed - Delivered next working day if ordered before noon Monday - Friday - £9.95

If you choose the Royal Mail - No Tracking option then please remember it will not be tracked. Royal Mail are amazing and will try to deliver your order within 48 hours but there can be delays so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

If you need a guaranteed delivery date then please choose either Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service or DHL Express. These are both fully tracked services.

If you choose one of these options then orders placed before noon Monday - Thursday will arrive the following day. Orders placed before noon on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

What's your returns policy?

We're happy to offer refunds on returns within 60 days of you receiving the order. We also know a lot of you place orders for gifts and so you might not be able to return them within that time period. If that's the case then please just contact us and we can sort this out for you. We want you to be happy and will go out of our way to make this happen! If you have any questions at all about the returns process just contact us here.

We're pretty relaxed here at Bawbags HQ! If you received your order and the size isn't right or you've changed your mind about the design then chances are we can organise a refund or an exchange. It should go without saying that we cannot exchange or refund you for any used underwear!

Who covers the cost of returning an item?

You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless we've made a mistake with your order or an item is faulty. If you choose an exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.

We are a bunch of Bawbags and occasionally we make mistakes when packing your order! If you think your item’s faulty or we've sent the wrong item, please get in touch here and we’ll do everything we can to help. If we've made a mistake then, of course, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Our cotton boxer shorts are 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane.

They sure do... but around these parts we call it frontside chopper access.

Machine wash at 40º or less on a delicates setting. For best results do not tumble dry.

Please follow the care instructions when cleaning your new Bawbags boxer shorts!

We provide a 52 Wash Guarantee which is triggered by either 52 washes or 12 months from the date of purchase. If your item has any structural damage to stitching or waistbands, resulting from a manufacturer's defect, before 52 washes or 12 months, we'll replace them for free.

This guarantee excludes damage caused by neglect, abuse or not following the care/cleaning instructions. The guarantee does not cover intentional or accidental damage, colour fade, piling and deliberate efforts to damage the product.

This guarantee applies to any product purchased. It does not apply to any product supplied as a replacement.

If something doesn't fit right on your Bawbags, let us know and we will make it right. Try on a pair and make sure it's perfect on you. If it doesn't work for you, your first pair is covered. After this first pair, all underwear must be unworn, unwashed, in the original condition and packaging that you received them in for a refund. If you bought multiple pairs, make sure you try ONLY ONE PAIR for fitting before you decide to use the rest.
